Solutions / Cloud Migration

Cloud Migration

We move applications, databases and data off VPS hosting, on-premise servers and other clouds onto AWS — in weeks, not quarters. Assessments, landing zones, replication-based cutovers and a plan your team can actually follow.

Core Capabilities

Assessment & Planning

We inventory every application, database, cron job and integration, map the dependencies between them, and write down the cutover criteria before anything moves. Most migrations go wrong here, not in the cloud.

Landing Zone & Foundations

Your AWS environment starts as Terraform from day one: VPC, subnets across availability zones, security groups and IAM. Repeatable, auditable and version-controlled — no click-ops to inherit later.

Database & Data Migration

We replicate your databases to RDS and move user data and file storage to S3 while the old environment keeps serving users. You cut over when the data has caught up — not mid-transaction.

Cutover & Validation

A cutover plan with rollback criteria, load testing before real traffic moves, and monitoring to confirm the new environment is absorbing production load. Boring, on purpose.

Recent migration — Siyakha Consulting

Four weeks, VPS to AWS, 40% cheaper

We moved Siyakha Consulting's educational platform — two applications, their databases, user data and storage — off VPS hosting and onto AWS in four weeks. The platform now handles 8x more concurrent students, and the monthly hosting bill dropped by more than 40%.
